Enterprise 2.0, Community Management e SMAU

Un post veloce veloce per dire che avrò la fortuna di partecipare a due eventi gratuiti nella prossima settimana in cui, ovviamente, parlerò di Enterprise 2.0.
Si tratta dell’Enterprise 2.0 e Community organizzato da ClubTI lunedì 13 ottobre dalle 18:00 presso Assolombarda e dell’incontro sul Business Social Networking organizzato da MilanIn Venerdì 17 Ottobre alle ore 11:00 presso SMAU (qui per la registrazione).
Il primo evento farà una panoramica dei significati di business e della portata organizzativa dell’Enterprise 2.0 andando poi nel dettaglio di due casi: l’utilizzo delle comunità di pratica all’interno del Comune di Venezia e l’esperienza di Lago nell’adozione di strumenti web 2.0 fuori e dentro una pmi.
Il secondo affronterà il valore del social networking da una quantità di prospettive: della comunicazione con Marco Camisani Calzolari, dei benifici individuali con Marco Zamperini, della ricerca del lavoro con Nicola Rossi di Monster ed infine nelle potenzialità organizzative con il mio intervento. Tutti insieme cercheremo di riflettere su come valorizzare i network relazionali per renderli un vantaggio competitivo per sè stessi o per la propria azienda.
