Wikipatterns: Il libro
- Day 1: Grassroots is Best
- Day 2: Wiki vs. Email
- Day 3: Your Wiki Isn’t Necessarily Wikipedia
- Day 4: Run a Pilot
This book is about change. It is as much a how-to guide for using a wiki as it is a how-to guide for making change happen. Status quo often becomes the norm when the tools available to people are difficult to use, highly structured and only meet a narrow set of needs, and don’t elicit a positive emotional connection from the people that use them. The wiki is a product of the idea that change can replace status quo.
The book is…
- A how-to guide for growing wiki use in organizations with practical advice from a wiki expert.
- Inspired by the vibrant community on Wikipatterns.com.
- Loaded with case studies from organizations big and small including Sun Microsystems, Johns Hopkins University, LeapFrog, Red Ant, and National Constitution Day.
