Matrice per l’Enterprise Microsharing

All’interno dei blog, principalmente oltreoceano o in europa, si è parlato molto delle potenzialità di uno strumento di microblogging simile a Twitter dietro al firewall. In Italia segnalo volentieri la serie di Tommaso.
A distanza di alcuni mesi, con l’arrivo dell’open source Laconica, di Yammer e di soluzioni come ESME di SAP, il panorama si è fatto piuttosto affollato tanto da richiedere una ricca tabellina riassuntiva recentemente preparata da Laura Fitton e Jeremiah Owyang.
Insieme ai molti strumenti di enterprise social networking che includono nativamente la possibilità di inviare update ai propri contatti, questa tabella mostra con chiarezza l’interesse ed il potenziale che il microblogging promette all’azienda.
Non mi è ancora chiaro se il mercato è più orientato verso soluzioni standalone o se questa rimarrà come semplice feature di piattaforme più estese. Ciò che è invece evidente è il rapporto (velocità dei risultati visibili/investimento) che il microsharing consente.
