Enterprise 2.0 o No? Andrew McAfee vs Tom Davenport

In vista dell’edizione 2008 dell’interessantissimo Fast Forward, evento organizzato ad Orlando, Florida da Fast sul tema delle tecnologie di ricerca sul web (anche se in realtà i temi toccati sono molto più ampi e spesso legati all’Enterprise 2.0), venerdì si terra un dibattito gratuito con un nuovo scontro tra due giganti del mondo enterprise: Andrew McAfee della Harvard Business School e Tom Davenport of Babson College.
Ancora una volta e dopo gli sviluppi degli ultimi mesi, che dovrebbero a mio avviso aver spazzato via un pò dello scetticismo ostentato da Davenport nella prima parte del 2007, i due si confronteranno su temi molto attuali per chi vuole avere una visione oggettiva e completa dell’Enterprise 2.0:
- Are the barriers to adoption – human, cultural and political in nature – too large to overcome?
- Is there enough ongoing momentum to ensure broad-based adoption in certain industries?
- What processes are most likely to benefit from Enterprise 2.0 tools?
- How will success be measured?
