HR 2.0 – Il video di Enterprise 2.0 & Social Media Marketing

Non amo particolarmente rivedermi, ma ho quasi casualmente trovato su Blip.tv lo spezzone del mio intervento di Parma sull’HR 2.0, un tema che mi sta così tanto a cuore da aver un pò dato il titolo a questo blog: The Social Enterprise, ovvero un’azienda non solo più umana, più onesta e più attenta ai reali bisogni di dipendenti e clienti, ma specialmente un’organizzazione che su questi valori è capace di costruire un fondamentale vantaggio competitivo.
Io credo che questo sia il profondo messaggio che l’Enterprise 2.0 porta, come anche la sfida cruciale che impegnerà seriamente buona parte delle aziende nei prossimi anni.
