Community Management a Milano

Mercoledì 5 dicembre 2007 tieniti libero perchè a Milano si tiene la tavola rotonda sul tema L’organizzazione informale è più efficiente di quella gerarchica?.
Si discuterà di enterprise 2.0, social networking, folksonomy, social media, web 2.0 e delle implicazioni che questi fenomeni hanno su management, leadership, gestione dei saperi , formazione ed innovazione.
Lo spunto viene fornito dalla presentazione del libro Community management di Emanuele Scotti e Rosario Sica, un testo edito da Apogeo che coraggiosamente (e senza mai nominare il termine Enterprise 2.0) mostra gli impatti del web 2.0 sui processi di gestione delle risorse umane, di capitalizzazione della conoscenza e in generale sul funzionamento dell’organizzazione. Un approccio che per una volta parte dalle esigenze delle aziende e dai problemi delle persone piuttosto che dagli strumenti tecnologici.
Il 5 Dicembre il libro diventa un incontro gratuito ed aperto a tutti che si tiene a partire dalle 18.00 a Milano in via Santa Marta 18 presso SIAM 1838.
Partecipano alla discussione Luca de Biase (Nova/IlSole24ore), Giuseppe Scaratti (Università Cattolica), Franco Villani (Direttore commerciale BTicino), Marco Vergeat (AD Isvor Fiat) ed intervengono nel dibattito anche Roberto Bellini (AICA), Davide Biolghini (consulente), Giuseppe Braga (consulente), Antonio Fossati (consulente), Francesco Robiglio (manager).
