Dopo i video di Common Craft sul web 2.0, posto con piacere questa leggera presentazione (tratta ovviamente da Slideshare, tool web 2.0 ideato dalla mia amica Rashmi Sinha) che spiega in modo pratico ed efficace gli strumenti alla base dell’Enterprise 2.0 e le modalità in cui questi sono in grado di stimolare un nuovo modo di lavorare e specialmente collaborare all’interno di un’azienda sempre più globale, articolata e competitiva.
I neolaureati di oggi ed ancora più coloro che usciranno dalle università negli anni a venire sono nati nella rete. Sempre più spesso questi information workers si aspetteranno dalle loro aziende l’accesso agli stessi strumenti cui sono abituati a casa. La dimistichezza con strumenti simili diventerà perciò anche un modo per attrarre le risorse umane più promettenti e portate all’innovazione.
